Aikido Seminar from Sunday 16.00 – Saturday 12.00: 1700 SEK

The whole week: 5000 SEK or 4500 SEK

You need to register through our web site. We confirm your registration by email with a password for the site.
When a place becomes available, an email will be sent to you with all pre-payment information.

Booking will be confirmed after we receive the full pre-payment. Please make sure the amount reaches us before April 30th 2010.
If you transfer money from a foreign country, please make sure that we will receive the full amount and no expenses are subtracted by your bank. Transfer via online banking usually takes very little costs.

If the pre-payment is not received in time we reserve the right to give your place to a person from the waiting list.

A final payment of 1700 SEK should be made in Lillsved in cash in Swedish currency right before the first class. Please be prepared!

Attention: There is no possibility to change foreign currency in Lillsved! We recommend Exchange Bureaus at the airport or the central train station in Stockholm.

Cancellation conditions counting back from start of the seminar:
45 days or more: pre-payment returned minus 30 % cancellation fee
Between 45 and 30 days: no return of pre-payment if you/we cannot find replacement
Less than 30 days: no return on pre-payment.

You need to bring your own sheets and towels. Sleeping bags are okay. It is possible to rent a set of sheets and towels for an extra charge of 100 SEK per week. Please make a note on your registration form.

There is vegetarian or non-vegetarian food available during the seminar. Please make a note on your registration form.

If you have any kind of food allergies, please make a note about that in the registration form so the kitchen can plan for alternatives.

If you want to stay before and/or after the seminar in Lillsved, please contact the Lillsved Folkhögskola directly for your reservation.
Another possibility is to stay in Stockholm. We offer free sleeping-places in Vanadis Aikido Dojo, Västmannagatan 59, near underground/subway station Odenplan in the center of Stockholm.

Again, please note that anything besides the included food and sleeping has to be booked directly with Lillsved.

The standard package for 5000 SEK (3300 SEK in prepayment plus 1700 SEK for the seminar) includes a two-bed room with its own toilet/shower in the house called "Parken". No single rooms available in this house.

A small number of rooms are available in the "Student Home". They have a little lower standard such as sharing showers and toilets in the corridor. The Student Home is known as the Culture House of the seminar. Sometimes slightly more noisy activities are going to occur in the evenings. These rooms have two or three beds. A few of these rooms will be availabe as single rooms if you are in real need for it. The total price for living in the Student Home is 4500 SEK (2800 SEK in prepayment plus 1700 SEK for the seminar).
